Therapeutic work:
In my therapeutic work I deal with what is behind the behavior, patterns and emotions of the individual. In therapy, I see it as my part to be supportive, listening and appreciative of the process that needs to emerge there. To help you to a new understanding, integration of new (rediscovery) qualities for more balance in you and your life. Connection body/mind Through my years of sporting activity I have a good sense for the connection body/mind and build this also individually on request into the therapy, in the form of therapeutic walks on Lake Starnberg. The goal of therapy at the lake is to strengthen health in two ways, physically and especially mentally. Sometimes it is easier to talk while walking than while sitting in a chair in a room. Exercise in nature quiets the soul and has a calming effect. When you move, you feel your strength and resources. On our walk I can listen and try to find unseen angles and clarity. Walking is a therapeutic process and can help reduce anxiety, stress and depression. In my work, I see it as my purpose to work with you to increase your mental well-being. I am here to help you whether you have challenges in certain areas or are looking for more satisfaction and balance in life. My experience in sports and management have taught me that you need to bring your mind and body together to live a happy and fulfilled life. ILike so many others, the confrontation with a completely new understanding of life through Corona was the trigger to dedicate myself completely to the subject of the psyche. After completing my training in clinical psychology and behavioral therapy at ZfN Munich, I passed the examination to become a non-medical practitioner, limited to the field of psychotherapy. The goal is to bring the experience of original joy, freedom and well-being into your life and everyday life. In this context I have acquired a wide range of tools. I see my purpose as working with our growth and development as whole people. I want to help people find a home for themselves. To contribute to the release of pain and suffering. I work with the problems you have; whether there are painful emotions, thoughts running in circles or the body aches. The goal is to bring the experience of original joy, freedom and well-being into your life and everyday life. In this context I have acquired a wide range of tools. Through my years of sporting activity I have a good sense of the connection body / mind and build this also individually on request into the therapy.I worked behavioral therapy with systemic elements.“
